home alone

my mum just went down to get me dinner
and i'm home alone.

suddenly remember that the times when i was at pre-school and hate to be alone at home.
that's because i'm scared of seeing things in my house.
i used to watch those chinese zombie shows with the old man who has beard and moustage, holding the holy wooden sword....

and that was what kept my brain from thinking way too much.
so much that i scared to be the last one to be still awake at night.

there was once my mum left me alone at home to buy some groceries.
she promised me that she would make a fast one but i've no patience.
there was a tiny hole at the corner of my house between the shelves and my tv.

i started to cry and squeeze myself into that small corner.
i remembered vaguely that the fear was really scary and i couldn't help wrapping myself with my two little arms and cried till she was back.

i was a scary cat,
or rather am.

i had a dream.

i dreamt that i've received the rejection letter.

dunno what's has gone wrong in my life.

is it really me?

ever since i got myself the clutches,
i got the following accidents happened to me when i'm out in my fren's car:

1. Friend G came to pick me up with his plate-less car.
He got himself a minor car accident with his car plate. no smashed into pieces.

2. Friend S was driving me back after our dinner and WE had a small bump into someone's car when we were driving up my ever-winding carpark.

3. Friend W and I were on our way to PS and WE got ourselves a little episode right in the middle of the road, just outside the PS bus-stop.
Our car just had a slight kissed into the umper of another so major compensation needed but the driver was kinda sexist!
Anyway, maybe because of my experiences (unpleasant ones pls!), I was so calm and know what are the important things that needed to be done right away - *snap shot!*

All thanks to G, he told me that he didn't take a shot at the debris and therefore, he suspected that the other party sort of demanded too much $$ from him.
So, that's what learn and make sure that S and W got their shot before we drive the car away.

The thing is, IS ME AGAIN!!!!

A normal person will encounter car accidents maybe once or twice but not ~~Three~~ Two times within Three months!!!!

So is it really me, the J**X ?? or is it my clutches which J**X them?
Felt so sorry for my friends.
I want no more fairy STEP-mom..
I want a fairy GOD-mother!!

I believe there's something between me and the road.
There are a no. of times whereby i just crossed the road with the car just whoozing past or sudden brake infront of me. My heart will skip a beat and i'll feel so grateful that my God really blessed me well.

Sometimes, i can't help thinking....
myself ... in the road....accident...end of life...

next week is my cousin's wedding
and we have been told to be her group of Sisters.

is kinda exciting because she is our oldest cousin
(i'm the second on the list and i think i'll be bombed by all the aunty's nagging soon)
and this is the first wedding on my maternal relatives side.

so we got ourselves gathered to talk about our most important role - $$$$$
and of course all the gate-crash programme...
*evil smile*

here's our team of sisters!!!

our meeting was short
because we are heading to ALOHA LOYANG~~

is my baby niece 1st birthday party!!!
she is so smiley and is an extrovet.
she is uber active!
she can jump, roll and bounce non-stop from one end of the bed to another.

i like Family Day.

our monthly gathering had turned out to be

the three musketeers long-lost gethering.

the out-of-the-blue-craving-YING
and
the soprano-kinda-laughing-TING
are my best shopping pal!
but there were no spree that day.

we had Dim Sum for dinner
not because we were on diet,
but was to fulfil SOMEONe's craving.
*ahem*

ended our session at SOMEBODY's favourite kopi-shop
to hear about all the whiny little things,
giggle and stare at the cute little ones playing with balloons or sleeping at the mummy's shoulder.

even though we were doing all the same routine we used to do,
with the same company
and in the always so friendly looking neighbourhood,

i still love hanging out with them!

cold air blowing into my house here and then, 24/7
i can see my calender flipping wildly with the wind
and windchimes tingling as the festive is drawing nearer.

i have a nice weekend

i can feel the greatness of being able to get back on both feet.

and it all started on FRIDAY!

i made an apptm with my mom n dad to go breakfast with them.
so i got up specially early just to catch hold of them.
we went OUT for breakfast!
just a bridge away is the newly renovated malay hawker but the distance was already putting my leg to a test.
nevertheless, that breakfast tasted exceptionally fresh!

mee soto + mee rebus + kopi + horlick...ho ho ho..

after the breakfast, we started to wait for time to past.
tried to adapt the favourite hobby of my dad
drink, while you look at life.
started to look and appreciate the place i stayed
and the life of the pple here.

interesting.

be it just a guy enjoying an 80cents kopi-O while reading newspaper, or
a humble worker loading off the fruits from the lorry to the stallholders and still managed to grab a few of the big juicy yellow mangoes back home after his finished job, or even
valet working at the hawker! (hey who says only hotels can have valets!)

i'm really glad that i was given a chance to stop and admire the world which i live in.

FRIDAY also marks my first shopping dayz yeah!
we went to my friendliest neighbourhood shopping centre...

PaRkWaY!!!!

a normal shopping spree is a luxury for me at the moment.
all i can ask for now is only a short-and-sweet-spree.

just a walk around one level had already mark the end of my four-legged spree.

but
instinct of a lady
tells me that i MUST get something out of the mall once i step foot on it.

never fight with the instinct of a female
as can never beat them.

yes!

SATURDAY was a home-sweet-home playtime.
maybe my legs got too worn out by ytd so i got myself rest at home.
the happy thing was,
my aunts and uncles came to visit me
and they kept emphasizing that their purpose of coming was to accompany me to play MJ.
haha...hello...they are MJ Queens who play high stakes.
i'm really scared to hear them said that.
however, it seems like i've no choice to reject their offer as they had already lowered their stakes for me - $1/tai.

but i'm still lucky enough to leave the table with a winning of $5.
*phew*

as for TODAY...
my mum and i went for a haircut!!!
woohoo~
there are quite a few events coming up for us like Baby Shower this week
and my cousin's wedding next week
and an important event for me this week too.

so that means..i must keeping doing my 1,2,3,4...exercises diligently!
